This policy covers personal data processing through the OSTREET website and enquiries sent to the restaurant. Orders and payments are not collected in a form on this website. Delivery platforms process orders under their own privacy policies.
2. Data, purposes and legal bases
- Providing the website and preventing abuse: IP address, requested page, time and browser information may be processed by hosting and security services. Basis: legitimate interests in reliable, secure operation (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- Answering enquiries: information you send by email or telephone, including your contact details and message. Basis: steps requested before a contract or performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b)); general enquiries are handled on the basis of legitimate interests in customer communication (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Optional statistics: Google Analytics can process browser identifiers, device information, visited pages and selected link clicks only with your analytics consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
- Optional advertising measurement: Meta Pixel can process browser identifiers, page visits and selected contact or delivery link clicks only with your marketing consent (Article 6(1)(a)). A click is not recorded as a completed order or purchase.
Analytics and marketing are independent choices. You can use the website without either. We do not send the text entered into the menu search, email content or telephone conversations to these tags.
3. Recipients and external services
Data may be available to authorised restaurant staff and contracted hosting, IT support and email providers where needed to provide the service. Optional analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited; optional advertising measurement by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. We may disclose information to competent authorities where legally required.

Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area. The applicable safeguards are described in their privacy and data transfer terms, including adequacy decisions where applicable or standard contractual clauses. Contact us to request information about the safeguards applicable to our use of these services.
Maps, social media and delivery platforms are opened only when you follow a link; they are not embedded tracking widgets. Their own terms apply after you open them.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and resolve related matters. Where records must be retained for legal obligations or claims, the applicable statutory period or the time needed to resolve the matter applies. Hosting logs follow the hosting provider’s retention rules. Optional tag storage periods are described in the cookie policy; event retention also depends on the settings of the respective Google or Meta account. You can request the periods applicable to your data by contacting the controller.
5. Your rights and consent
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw optional tracking consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Providing enquiry data is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without contact details. We do not use this website for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
